1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jph8 ("jph8", "we", "us", "our"), operated under license from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). By accessing, registering an account, or using any services provided by jph8, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the jph8 platform and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of jph8 services following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such changes.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Capacity

To register and maintain an account with jph8, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be legally competent to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal and not prohibited by local laws.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or prohibited persons list maintained by PAGCOR or jph8.
• You must not be accessing jph8 services from a restricted territory as defined in Section 2.3.

2.2 Account Registration Requirements

When creating a jph8 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification
• Valid Philippine mobile number for SMS verification and two-factor authentication
• Active email address for account communications and notifications
• Date of birth to verify you meet the minimum age requirement
• Residential address within the Philippines

You are limited to one (1) account per person. Creating multiple accounts, using another person's account, or allowing others to access your account is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds and bonuses.

2.3 Restricted Territories

While jph8 primarily serves Filipino players within the Philippines, we reserve the right to restrict access from certain jurisdictions based on regulatory requirements, licensing restrictions, or business decisions. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of jph8 services complies with all applicable local laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Username and Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jph8 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. All activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, are your sole responsibility. You agree to immediately notify jph8 of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security by contacting our customer support team at [email protected].

3.2 Account Verification

jph8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine Passport, Driver's License, UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or Philippine Postal ID)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Payment method verification (screenshots of GCash/Maya account, bank statements showing deposit transactions)
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document for liveness verification

Failure to provide requested documents within fourteen (14) days may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed. All verification documents must be clear, legible, and show all four corners of the document.

4. Deposits and Account Funding

4.1 Deposit Methods

jph8 accepts deposits through various payment methods popular among Filipino players, including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other Philippine banking institutions, as well as InstaPay and PesoNet real-time payment systems. All deposits must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP) currency. The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Pesos (₱100), and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player VIP tier.

4.2 Deposit Processing and Fees

Most deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your jph8 account instantly. Bank transfers may take between one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours depending on the sending institution and payment method used. jph8 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply transaction fees according to their terms of service.

4.3 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your jph8 account are derived from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of criminal activity, money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal conduct. jph8 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or suspicious deposits and may request documentation proving the source of funds. Accounts found to be involved in money laundering or fraudulent activity will be immediately suspended and reported to relevant authorities, including PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within twenty-four (24) hours from the time of submission, subject to verification requirements and processing procedures. GCash withdrawals are usually completed within two (2) hours of approval. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank. VIP tier members enjoy priority withdrawal processing with reduced timeframes.

5.2 Withdrawal Limits and Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is Five Hundred Pesos (₱500). Maximum withdrawal limits vary based on your VIP tier, ranging from Fifty Thousand Pesos (₱50,000) per transaction for standard members to Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱500,000) per transaction for Diamond VIP members. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name matching your verified jph8 account details.

5.3 Wagering Requirements

All deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements as outlined in the applicable promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings upon withdrawal request.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by jph8 are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated at the time of the promotion. General bonus conditions include wagering requirements (typically ranging from 20x to 40x the bonus amount), game contribution percentages (slots usually contribute 100%, table games may contribute 10-20%), maximum bet limits while bonus is active, and expiration periods within which requirements must be met.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

jph8 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, coordinated betting between accounts, exploiting software bugs or errors, irregular betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other activity deemed as unfair advantage-seeking. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings voided, accounts suspended, and may be permanently banned from jph8.

6.3 Modification and Cancellation

jph8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude certain players from promotional offers at our sole discretion.

7. Game Rules and Betting

7.1 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes on jph8 are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for slots and virtual games, or by live dealers for live casino games, in accordance with the specific rules of each game. Game rules, payout percentages (RTP), and specific betting options are available within each game or in our game information section. Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled except in cases of obvious system error.

7.2 Bet Settlement

For sports betting, bets are settled based on official results provided by our licensed sports data providers. In cases of postponed, abandoned, or cancelled events, settlement rules will follow industry-standard practices as outlined in our Sports Betting Rules. For casino games, results are final once the game round is completed. Disputes must be raised within forty-eight (48) hours of the disputed game or bet.

7.3 Maximum Winnings

While there is no maximum limit on winnings from regular gameplay, progressive jackpot wins are subject to the maximum amount displayed in the game. • Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to mask your true location or identity
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or other forms of cheating with other players
• Using automated bots, scripts, or third-party software to play games
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for personal gain
• Conducting fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals
• Verbally abusing customer support staff or other players
• Attempting to launder money through the platform
• Any other activity that violates these Terms or applicable Philippine law

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the jph8 platform, including but not limited to software, games, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, and trademarks, is the property of jph8 or our licensed game providers and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use jph8 services for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any content from jph8 without express written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jph8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of jph8 services shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made in the six (6) months preceding the claim. jph8 is not responsible for third-party payment processor failures, internet connectivity issues, force majeure events, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

jph8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, you will forfeit any pending bonuses, and your account balance (minus any disputed amounts) will be returned to you following verification procedures. You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed immediately and are irreversible for the specified exclusion period.

13. Amendments to Terms

jph8 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via email or prominent notice on the website at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Your continued use of jph8 services following such notification constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this d ocument indicates when these Terms were last revised.

14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of jph8 services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations between you and jph8. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, jph8 retains the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property rights or prevent fraud.
